Prime Minister meets Nazir Mohammed Al-Amin Tirik

His Excellency Prime Minister Professor Kamil Idris met today with the head of the High Council of Beja Nazirates and Independent Chieftaincies, Nazir Mohammed Al-Amin Tirik, who stated in a press release that the meeting addressed a number of issues of concern to the citizens, primarily the cost of living and achieving peace in the country. Nazir Tirik indicated that the meeting touched upon the importance of completing several issues he had previously presented to His Excellency the Prime Minister, most notably ways to address the challenges associated with the receding flow of the Gash River and its impact on the agricultural season. Nazir Tirik affirmed his support and endorsement of the efforts and endeavors of His Excellency the Prime Minister aimed at improving the economic situation, alleviating the burden of living costs for citizens, and achieving peace throughout Sudan.
