Sudan's Al-Burhan Rules Out Talks With Paramilitary RSF

[Daily Trust] Chairman of the Sudanese Transitional Sovereignty Council, Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, has ruled out negotiations with the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF), stating that the army will continue fighting until it defeats the group across Darfur, Kordofan, and the Blue Nile.
