War Media: Al-Burhan and the State of Uncles and Nephews..!
What is happening now in (Al-Burhan's state) is a major farce without precedent among the absurdities and disasters of the world. War media will not succeed in covering it up, even if it employs the journalists of the remnants (al-fulul) and some revolutionary intellectuals from the Ikhwan al-Safa and the 'Knights Templar'. The inner stories of the Port Sudan authority have not occurred since the eras of the Assassins and the days of 'Kalila and Dimna'. If you wish, the 'dual glass façade' behind which Al-Burhan’s coup authority hides is not represented by Kalila and Dimna, Isis and Osiris, or Antony and Cleopatra, but by Kamil Idris and Al-Hafyan.
What is happening now in (Al-Burhan's state) is a major farce without precedent among the absurdities and disasters of the world. War media will not succeed in covering it up, even if it employs the journalists of the remnants and some revolutionary intellectuals from the Ikhwan al-Safa and the 'Knights Templar'. The inner stories of the Port Sudan authority have not occurred since the eras of the Assassins and the days of 'Kalila and Dimna'. If you wish, the 'dual glass façade' behind which Al-Burhan’s coup authority hides is not represented by Kalila and Dimna, Isis and Osiris, or Antony and Cleopatra, or 'Hassan and Na'ima', but by (Kamil Idris and Al-Hafyan). Kamil Idris was brought to the premiership by the advice of his nephew (he is his uncle), and Al-Burhan brought a person named Al-Hussein Al-Siddiq Al-Hafyan (who is his maternal uncle by relation). No one knows who gave this Al-Hafyan the right to be the de facto prime minister for the members of the 'Coup Sovereignty Council', becoming the primary person responsible for the files of foreign currency, gold, agriculture, industry, finance, and investment. Mr. Alaa Khairawi has explained clearly the roles of this Al-Hafyan in the Port Sudan authority and in the supreme affairs of Sudan. Mr. Khairawi's talk was not casting stones in the dark; he spoke from knowledge of Al-Hafyan, as they were bound by study and close friendship within a small circle at the University of Khartoum. The question is: has Al-Hafyan become a supreme official in Sudan merely because he is the maternal uncle of Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan (the half-brother of his mother)? Welcome to the authority of lineage, pedigree, and in-laws, whose circle was completed by Gibril Ibrahim, who added to it the 'sons and daughters of the clan'. Others then followed his path, like Arko Minnawi, Al-Nur Al-Qubba, and Ali Rizqallah 'Al-Safna', and what was hidden is even greater. Therefore, it was not strange for Mr. Al-Hafyan (the sovereign uncle) to nominate his brother, Abdelrahim Al-Siddiq Al-Hafyan, as Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. Of course, Kamil Idris is the 'absentee' and the 'lost sailor' in the sea of this chaotic mess. He has no part in the matter, but is left for acrobatic spectacles and comedic scenes, like a mechanic’s bewilderment at a seized engine and worn-out gears, or appearing with the 'Minister of Energy and Fossil Fuels' to stick a wooden rod into a gas tank to reassure the public about fuel abundance. The creative artist Omar Dafallah did well in portraying Kamil Idris inserting a wooden stick into the throat of a starving Sudanese citizen and shouting: 'God is Great.. There is no food crisis in the country.. God is Great'. Man, even America is suffering from a fuel crisis these days! When they asked the Minister of Energy and Oil, Mu'tasim Ibrahim, about the gas lines and high fuel prices, he attributed it to the 'geopolitical' developments in Bab al-Mandab, then said his ministry, thanks to God, is working to resume the wind energy project in the city of Dongola. On the other hand, Mr. Khairawi explained that when Kamil Idris took the oath under Al-Burhan in the 'unlucky government', the dollar price was equivalent to 2,000 pounds, and after 15 months it became 7,300 pounds, and is now challenging 9,000 pounds, as the dollar price rose by 230% and Al-Burhan’s pound lost 70% of its value. More dangerous than this is that gold and livestock exports represent 78% of total exports (gold 62.5% and livestock 15.8%), and these are 'ready' resources in a rich country, thank God, while only 22% remains for all other major exports combined, including gum arabic, cotton, and sesame. None of this catches the attention of the war media, journalists, and revolutionary intellectuals, for their constant excuse is that they support the 'state institutions'. The state institutions led by (Al-Hafyan, Kamil Idris, Gibril Ibrahim, Kikel, Al-Burhan, Al-Safna, Al-Nur Al-Qubba, and Abu Rahaf).. May God not reward you.
