His Excellency the Prime Minister, Professor Kamil Idris, chaired a meeting today in Khartoum that included the Minister of Energy, the Undersecretary of the Ministry, the First Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Sudan, and the Director of the Economic Security Authority. The meeting reviewed the status of the flow of petroleum products. The Minister of Energy confirmed that additional quantities have been provided to meet the needs of various productive and service sectors, noting that there are arrangements in place to manage the fuel portfolio and improve the supply situation.
